• Samaran consultants are seasoned project leaders with decades of field experience. Using its proprietary Assessment tools, we will conduct a series of interviews and review the project documentation to produce a gap analysis. The Samaran team will examine the various dimensions of the project, program, portfolio and organization. For the project alone we will review the areas of scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, procurement, requirement development, verification and validation, and change management.  
• The gap analysis and remediation plan is provided at the conclusion of the Assessment and serves as the road map to not only improving a particular project, but also addressing organizational improvement for the long term.
