Process Engineering Consulting

Our consultants use the two cornerstones of the Six Sigma Methodology to improve new processes or create new ones.

  • Once our consultants have recognized that the existing process can be improved substantially, they follow the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) methodology.
  • For processes that have little hope of realizing breakthrough improvement our Consultants follow the DFSS approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify).

The main goals for our process improvement projects are to enable successful change management, anchor changes in the long term while enabling the continuous improvement cycle.

Our Consultants are trained Six Sigma Black Belts that also enjoy transferring knowledge. Samaran can assist you in developing and deploying a Six Sigma program within your company with Yellow Belt and Green Belt training.
